We are currently recruiting for the position of Patient Transport Service ‘Ambulance Attendant’ in our expanding ambulance company, the role requires people of good solid dependability, preferably with a healthcare background, however not essential as full training will be provided, a full UK driving licence (preferably with C1 although not essential).

Essential qualities:
• Must be physically fit
• Must be willing to learn new skills
• Must be flexible in approach to work as hours vary with workload
• Must be available at short notice
• Must have a caring disposition
• Must be a team player
• Must have good communication skills

Desirable qualities:
• Good topographical knowledge
• Familiarity with driving larger vehicles
• Good sense of humour
• Ability to stay calm in a crisis situation
• Good leadership skills
